There are various reasons why the trades may not be copied correctly, but most of the time it is due to **misconfiguration** or **broker-related issues**.

In case you are facing any issues, **please provide the logs and the description of the issue**.

You can find the logs in the following locations:

* **MT4/MT5**: Expert and Journal tab.
* **cTrader**: Automate/Algo and Journal tab.
* **TradeLocker/MatchTrader/DXTrade**: Click "Help" -> "Copy Logs" in the copier app.
