# MT4/5 Permission

MetaTrader 4/5 terminals require special permissions to allow the EA to trade on your account. Here's how you can set up the permissions for Heron Copier EA:

1. Open your MetaTrader 4/5 terminal.
2. Click on **"Tools"** menu and choose **"Options"**.
3. Navigate to the **"Expert Advisors"** tab.
4. Make sure the following options are enabled:
   * **Allow algorithmic trading**
   * **Allow DLL imports**
   * **Allow WebRequest and add `https://heroncopier.com` to the list**
5. Click **"OK"** to save the changes.
6. Do not forget to insert your license key in the Heron Copier EA.
7. You may have to restart the MetaTrader 4/5 terminal for the changes to take effect.
