There are various reasons why the trades may not be copied correctly, but most of the time it is due to misconfiguration or broker-related issues.

In case you are facing any issues, please provide the logs and the description of the issue.

You can find the logs in the following locations:

  • MT4/MT5: Expert and Journal tab.
  • cTrader: Automate/Algo and Journal tab.
  • TradeLocker/MatchTrader/DXTrade: Click “Help” -> “Copy Logs” in the copier app.
