The version number is used by the Connector app, while the build number is used by different copier EAs/apps. Different copier platforms may have different latest build numbers. This is intentional because updates are only pushed as necessary (e.g., when an update for MT4 needs to be pushed, it doesn’t mean that all other platforms need to be rebuilt). This approach allows us to deploy updates more quickly.

If your copier instance does not display any update notifications, you can be confident that you are using the latest version.
