All opening and closing trades are logged in our backend. It is done so that you can view your copy history from any device, including your mobile phone.

That way, you can be certain that all trades are copied correctly and there is no need to rely on the logs in your MetaTrader 4/5 or any other platform’s terminal.

The logs can be accessed from the following locations:

  1. From the dashboard, click on the “Logs” tab.
  2. From the Heron Copier Connector app, click on the “Logs” tab.

Copy Status

The logs will show you the status of each trade copy attempt.

There are 3 possible status:

  • COPIED: The open instruction was copied successfully to the slave account.
  • CLOSED: The close instruction was copied successfully to the slave account.
  • ERROR: There was an error copying or closing the trade. The slave account did receive the trade instruction from the master account, but the broker/server rejected the trade.

Logs Details

You can click on the “View Logs” button to see the rejection reason returned by the broker/server.

As long as the copier did attempt to relay the trade instruction to the broker/server, then any failure in the execution can only be caused by misconfiguration or broker-related issues. For the later, you should contact your broker.
